Injured Bulldog -Talk Talk broke my contract

I have had a line rental credit removed from my account without any notice. When Talk Talk took over Bulldog and Tiscali, they decided to cancel the line rental credit that has been in place for ten years and hope I wouldn't notice. They nearly got away with it but I spotted it yesterday. They also restricted the online billing, so you can only look back 6 months to compare the bills. They did this in January 2011. Any other ex Bulldog customers out there who haven't checked their broadband bill need to do so, if you had the same deal as me then Talk Talk may have been taking £10.00 per month out of your back pocket, and expect you not to notice

Talk Talk are still sorting out the mess from the Tiscali take over and according to reports, Talk Talk have billed over 60,000 people for services they never asked for. Their whole approach is shoddy and considering the number of times they've been in trouble with Ofcom, it is disconcerting that all they get is told off. Why are repeat offenders like this not shut down?
