    Anyone in Wales had any luck with the pork and beef, I have been caught out on both, came back n/a despite prices as on here?

    I'm in Wales, I havn't found the beef but the pork came back for me. It had the correct barcode as on the SS.

  • For the first time yesterday was a message telling her that all Price Checker Vouchers had to be cleared by a supervisor. No problem for me, I had already put my new DTD shop through seperatly, so was paying for a £40 shop of "normal" shopping with cash and voucher, I had the right receipt stapled to the voucher, so just a quick glance at the details and the supervisor accepted the voucher, signed my receipt and returned it to me.

    I have to say, I am glad that my local store is doing this, I am paranoid that this scheme will stop due to people re-printing vouchers. With careful research this promotion is lucrative and brilliant - if only the staff at Tesco's all understood it as well as we do!

    :j:j so glad i'm not the only one DTDing round here.

    According to the SAs in those stores you mentioned I am the only one using price check vouchers ....

    I'm beginning to wonder if they all say that, maybe because they've been told to :think:

    Anyone know where I can locate the latest big-seller to hit the book charts? I can't seem to find it on any bookshelves anywhere. It's a large book, an instruction manual, with lots of help and good advice and is well illustrated with mug-shots of 'fish'. Hope someone can help. It's called:

    "The Artful Guide to Trout Fishing" By Betty Crocker.

    :p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p:p

    A very sad and untimely p.s - many will be in mourning today at the sad demise of 'Betty'. She helped us through many a tricky shopping list and it is with great regret that we learn today the very sad news that asda have increased their price from 25p to £1.

    T:£1.49
    A:£1.00
    DTD:0.98
    cost:0.51

    No more freebie - no more Betty.

    .........oh dear. Think I'm gonna cry.

    :cry::cry::cry:
