Can someone explain how Tesco can trace the voucher trail?
If you pay by cash and don't use a CC,all they have is the trail left by that particular email addy don't they?
How can they compare it to previous email addresses?
Sorry if I'm missing the obvious here?

From the email addresses I gave them they can pretty much work the rest out if the so wanted to and look through their database.
Not sure what good it would do them now though?

To answer the eaarlier questions I missed, I've only been doing 5 shops a day for 3 weeks or so, but the cupboards are pretty much full yes.

And we have enough dishwasher tablets to last till next summer :D

Me too, even left some at work until I need then next year?

All I can say is Fesco Tuckers.

It makes me more determined to go more often and get as much as possible.

It's my silver wedding on Tuesday and we are off to Stratford, strange that I managed to notice there's a Tesco in Stratford, wonder if wife will stand for it.:rotfl:
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

DTD searcher - sorry for your traumatic day but I think that there is inevitably going to be a 'fight or flight' response to it by many other MSE'ers

Well put Simon. I for one won't be 'flighting'. I really dislike Tesco, and what they have done to my community. When I say Tescoland - I mean Tescoland. I could get to at least 15, within 5 minutes - 5 big ones, and other smaller express ones. They've killed many smaller shops, and ridden all over planning, of which our council agreed, they had little money to appeal.

I don't normally shop there anyway, other than to exploit any loopholes. So we'll see how it goes. I expect one day I'll have another big 'fight' with one of the managers, but sadly that's life. I'll take that day when I come to it.
Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies

You have no real source and your comment was childish.

HIM! dtdsearcher, has mentioned he is a bloke!!!

I wonder if the Tesco manager would have treated a female with a child the same. Keeping someone there for 2-3 hours is inexcusable IMHO.

    yes can confirm they would
