Not to mention that a full freezer is more economic to run - thank you Mr T :p

lol i say it is only half full, but it is actually full, using cardboards and polystyreen (sp?) etc to fill it so its more economic. would rather it be full of food though. and like i say the freezer is borrowed, so i will make of point of eating the stuff in it, because we will have to give it back at some point. also i dont see the point in constantl having a freezer full of food ( my mum leaves it all untouched, decides to defrost it and throws everything)

Stebiz was the one dealing with the downloadable one before, the same as he is now. He had been busy the last couple of days and so the downloadbale one was out of date by 2 days. That is why it was changed, so the downloadbale one can be as up to date as possible.
However, if you want to work from a 2 day old spreadsheet then I'm sure we can email one to you. Just don't come back complaining when everything is wrong on it.
    thanks i didn't know that :o

I'd like to say the spreadsheet as it grows is getting less and less easier to list items buy their 'profit' /cost i.e. low cost or profit items on top.

I normally saved spreadsheet and did a sort by the value column but now cant as when i saved it it complains about merged cells. Just a thought that some of us arent bothered if we can buy something at 90% of the price... we want 20% and under.

    1. Take a pen.
    2. Take a piece of paper.
    3. Go through the SS and note down the items that are cheap enough for you.
    4. Perhaps you'd like us to do your shopping for you while you're being so lazy?

I, for one, am very very grateful for the spreadsheet, in whatever form, and can't believe that some people are moaning that it 'doesn't work for them'. Yes it was easier previously to download and make a shopping list from, but if it is used in the manner that it is meant to be - a guide, then it should work for everyone.
My sincere thanks go to the people that are so selflessly using their own time to update the spreadsheet- without them you would have to get off your !!!, trawl hundreds of posts to see what other people have found works for dtd, and then make your own spreadsheet/shopping list.

There was a lot of chat last night about the downloadable one being so out of date but as we had such a huge amount of changes to input to the live one we hadn't noticed.
