Why do people buy things and then moan if they come up as N/A ????Why can't people 'just get over it' and put it down to experience and NOT complain about it.going to put my tin hat on now I have had my rant. And this is not aimed at anyone in particular.

Because my dear Pingu! it is for your benefit too.... they post the item N/A & moan a bit:rotfl:, OP then can update the SS for "Your" benefit (unless you are not bothered with dtd items) as well as mine & others. So we don't make the same mistake.

just realised i missed this email in my inbox,

re my over the limit email

Thank you for your email to Philip Clarke our Chief Executive, to which I have been asked to respond.

I was concerned to learn that you have experienced a problem using our Price Check website, and that you have been told that you have reached your household's £100 limit for this calendar month. I appreciate why you would find this frustrating and I am sorry that this has caused you some disappointment.

Regrettably, whilst I appreciate the circumstances that you have described, having entered these receipt details on behalf of your mother and mother in law, we are unfortunately unable to assist you. As we are unable to reasonably verify all instances of a similar nature, we must be fair to all participants of the scheme and apply the terms and conditions equally. Therefore considerations regarding who has carried out the shop must be disregarded, in favour of the details received when the Price Check request has been submitted. This being the case, I am sorry to say that we will be unable to issue a voucher in this instance.

The per calendar month stipulation of the Price Check terms and conditions, refers to whole months i.e April, May etc and is not taken as a period of time since the customer first used the service. I am very sorry if you have experienced problems in this regard and I would like to assure you that further information will be communicated to our stores regarding Price Check very shortly.

Thank you once again for bringing this matter to the attention of our Chief Executive's Office.

    Kind Regards

Ive had similar email too ! from my problems couple of weeks ago...

We -( most of us) are doing more shops than we should per month.

If you don't want to risk buying it at full price - don't buy it. Simple.

Lots of items come up as N/A . Loads and loads of them infact if you do a normal shop.

Why can't people 'just get over it' and put it down to experience and NOT complain about it.

going to put my tin hat on now I have had my rant.
And this is not aimed at anyone in particular.

Why do people feel the need to alter text size, font and colour for regular posts.

Off to Tesco's.Wish me luck ;)

Quick hour and 2 shops later with £45 worth of shopping on two vouchers ;) I did put £5 to it though so I can get my 2 x £20 vouchers tomorrow.

The two Cashiers couldn't have been any nicer :T

Have had three SA sign my new receipt in the last week or so.
Weirdly none of them have asked to see my original receipt to verify the voucher. Especially weird was today, I used two vouchers together on two consecutive shops, the SA signed my first new receipt but not the second, the second voucher was for less than £10 so maybe there is some cut-off point?

    Hi everyone

Fantastic Thread, Fantastic Spreadsheet.....well done to everyone who is working so hard to keep us saving money:)

I have a quick question please. I went to Tesco on Sunday, and bought 2 x Fiano and a box of cornetto's, my voucher didn't arrive yesterday, but came through today...anyway when I tried to use it today the stupid SA had signed my receipt so they wouldn't accept my voucher today. They have given me HO phone number and also a pre paid envelope to send it off to HO, should I bother to do this or am I best to leave it...so far I have had a few hundred in DTD deals, so i don't really want to draw attention to myself or have them 'watching' me iygwim?

Confused? p.s voucher value is £14.96

    TIA Mel xx

    Any pointers??

Happy enough if it doesn't DTD - got plenty of stuff so far.

Have you tried recycling these new signed receipts? One of mine was signed tonight, not sure whether to try recycling it...
