Yes that's fair enough but if one person is doing 5 shops and using 5 email addresses, in Tesco's eyes it could be 5 separate people.

Suppose I should head off to Tesco now really and use my second voucher of the week. I really want to buy the berrio extra virgin olive oil, especially as it now has a huge "rollback" banner on the ASDA site, but as it hasn't been working, I don't really want to tempt fate and I could do without the ensuing argument with CS.0 -
