We’re always sorry to see when a customer is dissatisfied with our service.
We can’t comment on your initial experience when purchasing the phone from the Carphone Warehouse, however we would certainly like to take a look at the events that occurred after that when trying to change your direct debit date.
If you can e-mail us via our Contact Us page, using WRT135 as the subject, advising of the link to your MSE post, and details of exactly how you would like to change your payment method (account, date, etc), we’ll be more than happy to change this and advise on how this would affect your billing going forward.
