I was going to buy my husband's Christmas present today. I have had my eye on a camera in Argos for ages and I have just saved enough to buy it. Well...would you believe...it has gone up £20 overnight.
My oh works at argos and gets a 10% discount, do you live in the north east?official dfw nerd club member no 214
Proud to be dealing with my debts!;)
Why is a person that handles your money called a broker?!

Me and OH are going on a mini pub crawl after he finishes work tonight... Still celebrating payday I think !
Im going into town also to have a window shop this afternoon. BTW, I am buying a 'family portrait' experience for 2 members of our family.. Has anyone ever been on one, what was it like. They are £40 in Boots and I thought it would make a nice pressie to keep really >>0 -

That is very thoughtful of you Cattie, but no I live in East Anglia. I need to buy it on my Argos card too because I am in credit.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.

I've got half a bottle of white in my fridge left over from last Sunday if you're desperate Mike. I was going to put it in the chicken casserole
The family portrait sounds like a lovely idea Mike. You are very generous. I don't spend that much on Christmas presents.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.

The only reason we are spending so much is because of the crappy year we have had, we have had loads of support from them, we also kind of missed last xmas because of the pub, so we are trying to make up for that also !
Ill be drunk if you both keep plying me with wine.. Ill tell OH it wasnt my fault....0
