Is this a good deal?

I am currently with BT for landline, unlimited broadband, and unlimited calls costing £42.20 a month.

They have offered me the same as above for £26.60 if i take out another 12 month contract.

I have looked at Sky (already have tv) and can get the same for £23.75 plus 2 or 3 months free broadband.

When we had landline fitted few years ago and broadband set up it took ages for the speed to be corrected (had loads of problems for 18 months) now should i just stay with bt and accept what they have offered as i know broadband is working fine *touch wood* or hold out until my contract is due up on the 26th may?
Is a Bipolar bear :p
