SPAM Upgrade calls..

Hi all

Don't know if anyone one can help me but over the past week, I have been receiving lots of calls from a variety of numbers asking me if I want to upgrade as my 02 contract is due to expire soon.

It isn't, I have at least 8 more months...

These are the numbers from the last week:

Is there anyway of stopping them?

I got my contract through CPW - my other half who got his through phones4u and hasn't been receiving them.

Should I contact CPW? or 02?
We are also registered with TPS can I complain to them?

Yes you can and should complain to TPS.

I got rid of those by playing their own game.

I picked the call
Listened for what they say for a minute.
and then I said "Can you please hold on".
and as normally call centres do.... a long long hold until they gave up....

Only had to do it 3 times....
no more calls for me.

I do have call waiting on my mobile so no worry about missing any call for that time.

Works more effectively than just asking them to stop calling.
