Similar problems here - supposed to be exchanging Friday for an 8th Dec move. Our buyers have just decided that they are not happy with a shared access road with no clear ownership - something I pointed out on their first viewing 8 weeks ago. We also found out today that their buyer (FTB) does not actually have a mortgage offer yet and so cannot sign contracts or exchange - despite having made her offer 12 weeks ago. I am not to worry though as everyone is working towards 8th December. Very bored of conflicting information from everyone, and quite annoyed with those who think they can get away with blatant lies.

Hope everyone else gets the resolution they are looking for.

We have been waiting to exchange this week too,but top end of chain are still not ready.
They are all talking about completing the week of 11th Dec,but no one can book removal firm until date is set and we have actually exchanged.
Have been told by sols that it should happen by end of next week,so that will only leave us a few days before completion,so how on earth do we get removal people booked at such short notice???
Sols do not seem to communicate so how they are going to do it on exchange day I do not know!!!!
    It is just so stressful.
