The same happened to me when I added vodka straight to it. The secret is to add the baileys to the warm choc before putting it in the fountain. This brings all the liquids up to the same temp & prevents it curdling!!0 -
Thorntons sell bags of Fountain Chocolate, but no idea of the price I'm afraid.Only 5% of those who can give blood, actually do!

Have had a chocolate fountain for xmas and going to use it for the first time tonight.
What do you do with the chocolate once you have finished with it. Seems a waste to chuck it i the bin. Can it be poured in a tub and re-used. Or any tips for recipies it can be used in?
Thanks!0 -

Mmmmmmm.....chocolate.....................
Sorry - back on my diet !:pSave the earth, it's the only planet with chocolate!0 -
We used to mix crushed extra stong mints (or any hard mints) with melted choc and drop teaspoons of the mixture onto foil. Pop in the fridge and you have little mint crisps. Not sure if this would work with your leftovers but might be worth a go.
