Creditors Meeting Today

Hi, My creditors meeting is set for 3.30pm today. To cut a long story short they will get 0p in the pound if I went BR but they will get 100p in the Pound if they accept my IVA. Surely they would accept my IVA proposal based on this? But I guess its not that straight forward. Does anyone think that they may still decline…

Great news, it will become a way of life & I have to say its been nowhere near as hard as I thought & even though we are in month 54 of 72 (equity extension of 12 months) I really do believe that I will never get in debt again - this has taught me too much!
