Though that Scenic is well priced, just serviced and the same year as the wifes Clio DCi, very impressed with the 1.5 DCi engine actually, one of the nicest diesels we have ever owned.

Actually, come to think about it. It is one of the besr cars we have ever had, economical, comfy, quiet.

I think that so long as you avoid all the electrical gimmicks the recent Renault models are very good, though I think the way it is looked after is important ours was serviced every 9k before we had it, it was a low miler and was serviced anually, I continue to use top spec oil, Renault oil filters and change them every 6/7k, with an air filter every 12k.

The only thing it has had is front brake pads and some tyres.
