I am transferring from Natwest to Halifax and I am unsure what address I have to provide for Natwest on the Halifax forms - is it the branch that is shown on my Natwest statements or is there a dedicated address - I have checked the natwest site but cannot find an answer to this...

I just put the head office address on mine this year, but previously have used my own branch address. I don't think it really matters TBH, Halifax will know where to send the request.0

Just put 'Natwest'.
I'm sure that Halifax know where to find Natwest!0 -
Yes just put Natwest.
You can always look at the list of HMRC ISA Managers and addresses (C in address means Cash, SS means Stocks and Shares)
ISA Managers
Natwest are Reference number Z1156 so you could even just put that!!
NatWest ISA & PEP Office SS, C
Princess House
