Why not try a Amazon EC2 micro instance. Have the instance running in one of the US datacentres, so you get a US ip address, and then access hulu through a SSH tunnel.
The adv about Amazon EC2 is you only pay for the time your instance is running. So when you are not accessing hulu you could shutdown the instance and so you only pay a minimum amount.
Also Amazon EC2 are offering free micro instances until November0 -
