Free VPN

Anyone know of a good free VPN ? I've seen a couple but they seem to be very slow speeds.

if you have an always on computer at home, then windows 7 has a VPN server built in.
this has a major advantage over a free one as you can trust all the devices in the connection, (ie your sending say your passwords encrypted through the internet to your own computer rather than some unknown server)

one think more to note is when you are connected to the VPN server your download is the same as your home internets connections upload.0 -
