Talk Talk email problem

I was with Tiscali for Boradband and was moved to Talk Talk when they took over.
I have recently changed to Plusnet for my broadband.
Up to the change over to Plusnet I was able to use my Tiscali email address on webmail on the talk talk website, [EMAIL="username@tiscali.co.uk"]username@tiscali.co.uk[/EMAIL] with no problem.
Since the change, I have been unable to access my Tiscali email, the password is apparently wrong. I have reported this to Talk Talk twice and as suggested on their help pages I have asked them to reset the password and send it to an alternative email address.
I have had no reply from them and am getting increasingly annoyed.
This means I can't access my final bill with Talk Talk so can't check if it is correct or not. And I can't access my emails!
Can anyone help?

Would suggest that as you have moved they have closed your e-mail account.0

I was wondering that too. Seems odd though, as I have online billing from Talk Talk, so will be unable to access that.

It seems that "my account" and "my mail" has two different log ins. I can log into "my account" and change "my mail" password from there.0
