Thinking of leaving o2 - best time to call disconnections?

I`m thinking of leaving o2, but if they offer me cheaper monthly cost, I would stay and avoid hassle switching. What would be the best time of month/time to call disconnections department?
I`m getting CALL FAILED quite often lately, bit annoying. Its not just me, some of my friends on o2 have same problem on their iPhone`s.

Are they all iphones? it maybe that the signal isnt strong enough, before agreeing a new contract check the signal by using another phone.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Was getting that 100 yards away from our local mast, showing 5 bars signal. Gave up and bought out my contract 6 months early and switched.

Best move I ever made and DEFINATELY worth the hassle.
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    Yes, iPhones. Signal is excellent.
