Hi, wondering if anyone can help. i have just started a monthly contract with T-mobile after being with them on PAYG. i thought it would be simple to transfer my exsisting number, but it seems because i'm an exsisting customer i can't.

They have suggested i transfer my number to another network and then transfer back to them via a PAC.

What would be the easiest and cheapest way to do this?

Thanks

    They are right.

    1. Get a free PAYG sim from another network and see their advice on transferring (porting) the existing number to them.
    2. Follow the instructions to transfer (port) your number from PAYG t-mobile to the new sim
    3. Repeat the same to transfer (port) the number back to t-mobile to the new contract sim.
T-mobile: Transfer your number. In fact the procedure is the same for all networks.
