I recently rang some of the comparison sites for some quotes and one came back as BG as the best, the standard charge was something in the region of .33p a day (£120.45 a yr) and cant remember the price per unit, they were alot cheaper in unit price but more expensive in standard charge. So being a bit dubious I rang BG directly and found that the standard rate was only £31 a year and the standard rate was even cheaper. So went back to existing supplier and they gave me a better rate overall and stayed with them. The amount I saved is worth more than a bottle of champagne, so I cant think of any reason to use them, except for the fact that they would save me time when shopping around.
