EDF Shock
Options
I have to pass on some extraordinary news.
After nearly five months of being a customer of EDf, I have received a gas bill which is correct.
I didn't want to hold back from this breaking news, and wish the rest of you good luck in your own quest for the holy grail.
Congratulations to EDF on this momentous occasion. Indeed a proud moment.

Congratulations. I haven't had my first gas bill from them yet so look forward to equalling your success.0

Congratulations backfoot, on this great achievement...
I directed to initiate a switch of dual fuels in Nov 2010 and received the letter confirming that my gas supply was successfully switched last week :j
What a bunch of losers !!!!0 -
What a surprise backfoot ! did they request a reading from you to work out your bill as I am approaching the 3 month mark and wondering whether to send a reading in or wait until I am asked0

I've been with EDF 2 years now and only ever had correct bills! I do this rare thing though and actually submit a customer reading on the last day of every month, then at the time my bill is due, they just use my latest reading and then a nice accurate bill lands on my mat!!
Couldn't be easier!

I decided to enter the meter reading into my on_line account and the bill was created immediately showing that I am still in credit which was a surprise ! I am unable to confirm the correct rate has been used yet but the bill which I worked out manually looks like it had been calculated correctly0

WHAT?
You have an on-line account that you can actually log in to? Ah well, I live in hope . .0 -

Not rare at all. What is rare is that you're apparently being charged on the tariff that you signed up for. :j

Congratulations! and thanks for the good wishes  You must be really proud . . .
Just wondered?
As it's an online saver account, do you actually have an online account yet? Or am I expecting too much. . .0
