Buy Euros or not?

I'm going to Spain soon, (for just 1 week) & looking up the website recently I saw the info recommending some credit cards over others, so I've got a Halifax clarity card.
Reading the article beforehand, I'd understood that getting Euros over there would not incur a charge.....but I didn't realise there would be an interest charge.....:o
I need to pay a charge of about 95Euro in cash on arrival.
My question is, which is cheaper, ordering a quantity of Euros in the UK before departure, or using the Clarity card & withdrawing cash over there.?
Am I correct in thinking cheapest way of paying things will be using the card in restaurants, supermarkets, etc....?

The interest charge would be peanuts compared to getting cash here before departure - even with the best of Martin's best buys.
Using the card to BUY things is the best use of it.0
