Could someone please look at this hijackthislog?

Hi all, I had a problem last night with a virus/trogan/rogue file called something like virusdoctor which caused my laptop to crash/get strange blue screens etc. I managed to run malwarebytes in safe mode and then again this morning in normal boot, it found lots of probs and has removed them, but AVG is still finding threats as I write. I have just run HJL and here's the log - thanks for any help xx

My advice is to remove AVG and install AVAST Free.

AVGs version is well out of date, were on AVG 11 now (Possibly yours no longer updates?)
Dont install a new AV as yet as its still infected

Turn off Spybots 'TEA TIMER' mode ~
Open Spybot
Change Mode (Top) to ADVANCED
Select TOOLS then RESIDENT
UNTICK 'Resident TEA TIMER' (Leave 'SD Helper' TICKED)

Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out
If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive)

Thanks, I have done the spybot task. For hijack, I had to do another scan to get the log back, I have ticked and fixed the 3 things from the list I could see there. Could not see the nero or the noname files, sorry.

When I tried to open combofix, I got the blue screen - crash dump thing again, am now writing on son's laptop while I try to restart mine.

Has just crashed again while trying to run combofix. Should I disable the antivirus before running it or will combofix prompt me to disable it?

I am getting this message on the blue screen when it crashes:

Have tried running combofix 4 times, but it happens each time. Any ideas? Should I keep rebooting in normal mode?

edit: thanks for advice so far. I have to go away for the weekend now, so will try again on Sun eve or Monday.
