I've got my PAC from my current provider, my 12 months are up on the 8th of december, if I order a new phone and give them my PAC on the 3rd dec will it get transferred on the 10th or will my current contract get terminated on the 3rd dec?
The only reason I ask is because I'll need my 12th bill to claim cashback so I don't want my 1st contract disconnecting early so that I don't get a bill for the last month.

Contract terminates on the day the number is transferred. This is normally 7 day or later from when you give your PAC to new network.
To be on safe side use your pac on 3rd or after. The port will go on or after 10th. Same will be the contract cancellation date.
You will get 12th AND a 13th bill (pro rated / final bill)0
