Blackberry 8520 Curve password problem - Help
after some help please folks
my daughters Blackberry curve is now stating final attempt for password entry
:(
what's happened, she was out, phoned home asked mum to enter password, obviously she has done something wrong.
daughter has come home tried a 3 times to enter what is the correct password
only to be told after every attempt, incorrect password, now its stating final attempt at password entry
can anyone shed any light on how to either reset the password or get the Blackberry to work
thanks in advance

Once you've used the last attempt at the password (10 times I believe) the BlackBerry will reset and will lose all data but will be unlocked.
Hopefully your daughter has everything backed up to her PC so she can then restore it?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Thanks for the quick reply
when you say all data, what exactly do you mean, all Pictures, all numbers etc
just to confirm my daughter has put the correct password in at least 2 or 3 times, however we don't know exactly what mum did earlier
thanks again0 -
She'll lose absolutely everything, number, texts, emails, photos, music, the lot. It will be like a new phone again :eek:Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
