In early November, I ordered a product for £379 from them early in the morning and paid extra for next day delivery.
Didn't hear anything from them, but woke up the next day to see an email sent near midnight to say they have received my order and it will be processed and I would recieve another email to say when it was despatched and then I would receive it the next day.
I cancelled the order, as next day delivery to me means next day after you order. Fair enough if I had ordered late in the day, but I had ordered about 9 in the morning.
I ordered the same morning I cancelled via overclockers, paid for next day delivery, within an hour it was processed, within 3 hours it had been sent for despatch and next day it arrived.
Dabs use to be great, but once BT IIRC got hold of it, it has gone downhill.0
