Returns to OSPS

Hi how good are at OSPS at returns and what happens with regards to my contract with orange.
They orignally said i was denied a contract through orange and OSPS. But today it arrived. I had already got a better deal with e2save, but this seems to have been denied too, e2save said because i already had a new contract through OSPS, would this be the case?
I want to know how long it takes to get out of the system and re-apply cleanly.
OSPS is one to avoid, my phone came with the wrong battery and missing chequebacks, plus poor customer support
