Cash ISA - previous years transfer question

Sorry people another daft question.
I have already taken the full £5340 cash ISA allowance up for 2011/2012 in a Santander ISA.
I have an amount held in a Principality eISA issue 2 paying 2.8%. I see that the highest Cash ISA currently which allows transfers in from previous years is HBOS (3.2% as I am already a member).
Hence my question because I already have one ISA for 2011/12 am I allowed to open a second to solely transfer previous years?
Cheers in advance all - I thought I had these ISAs sorted!

You can open as many ISAs as you want. You can only subscribe, which is to put new money into one each tax year - which you have with Santander.
Therefore you can open the Halifax one, you should follow these instructions

Interestingly the link on this website states that the HBOS best ISA is 3.2% for existing customers. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/best-cash-isa
Yet when I log onto view my Halifax accounts the most likely cash ISA I am offered is the ISA direct reward (which I assume is the account in question) and this is quoting 3.0% rate - i.e. makes no mention of the 0.2% loyality bonus.
Can anyone point out which stupid oversight I am performing?
Edit - just seen the Halifax Direct ISA thread and I can confirm I only hold a Liquid Gold Account and a ISA Investor Stocks and Shares accounts. Hence does this mean I am not entitled to the extra 0.2%?0 -

Many thanks for the clear and concise response Lokolo I appreciate you taking the time and effort.
