Blackpool Cheapness?

Options
Hi, I am visiting Blackpool for 5 days on Monday and was wondering if any vouchers that are valid for:
Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Blackpool Sandcastle Waterpark
Blackpool Tower + Circus (I know the Top is closed)

There will be 2 adults and 3 kids (13,14,17 years old)
One of the adults will not be riding in Pleasure Beach.

Any vouchers or money-off things you can give will be a brilliant help !!

Thanks :)

I've been looking on the Blackpool tourism website for my easter break as they normally have offers on there, but nothing at the moment. Last year they had offers on the back of the bus tickets if that's any help?

most of the hotels have discount vouchers for Blackpool Tower/Tussauds - Pleasure Beach best to book online before you arrive.

Sandcastles again discount vouchers in all hotels (on the leaflet can pick it up on the motorway as well) which gives you 10% off)

http://www.modernhistory.co.uk/questions/index.html - if you do viist the tower pick up a Top Trumps leaflet (should be in the Tower and Morrisons etc) get it stamped and visit two other of the listed attractions (lots of free ones) and get a nice free set of top trumps for the children

  • I am also looking for blackpool vouchers for summer holidays. We will be there when the illuminations are switched on 2nd Sept. Has anybody been there for the opening night, and if so will it be too mad for a 4year old boy

The concert will be too mental, but you can hang around at the back to watch it, but won't be able to see much, so 4 year old will get bored easily.
  • Thank you thats what I thought , we might leave the concert all together and just enjoy the lights the following day

    Hi

Last year the illuminations were switched on by Robbie Williams because of the location you had to have a ticket to get into the enclosure and apparently it was chaotic. You had to be there a couple of hours early to get in, standing room only, no refreshments etc. Personally I wouldn't take a child into there.

With a little one aim for the Bispham end because thats where the tableaux are and you can walk through them. Mine much prefer the tableaux. You can also get good fish and chips on Redbank Road. I'd recommend the Middle Chippy.

Blackpool is also hosting the Firework Championships and that is well worth a visit if you can get there.
