Breakfasts - fruity pancakes, fruity scones, soya yogurt or porridge with (dried) fruit.
Lunches- Tomato and basil soup with wholemeal bread
- Panzanella
- Pasta salad
- Maroccan rice
- Tomato houmous on wholmeal toast
- Tomato and herb pasta salad
- Beans on toast
- Summer vegetable stew with wholegrain rice
- Vegan lasange
- Couscous and chickpea salad with vegan pesto
- Lentil and vegetable soup with wholemeal bread
- Vegetable curry with red quinoa
- Vegetable chilli with wholegrain rice
- LM deep country pie, roasted vegetables (parsnips, potatoes and onion) with peas/green beans, carrots, sweetcorn and cabbage.
Drinks - water, soya milk, (green) tea, coffee, diet cola or juice.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy

Done some batch cooking over the weekend so my menu this week wil be quite repetitive
Mon-Falafel with coriander hummus, spinac and salsa
Tue-Pizza topped with coriander hummus, artichokes and pine nuts
Wed-Lentil dahl with apricot kernals, salsa and salad
Thur-Same as Wednesday
Fri-Gillian McKeith's shepherdhess pie with various root vegetables
Sat-Same as Friday
Sun-Tomatoes stuffed with aduki beans with quinoa salad
Breakfasts are either porridge with sunflower seeds or soya yoghurts with fruit
Lunches are bean based soups
Snacks-fruit, oatcakes with hummus and going to make a vegan drizzle cake and crumble

Thanks for the thread, I love reading all the mealplans.
On Saturday we had home meade Indian: Chicken tikka, Lamb Rogan, black-eyed beans & mushrooms, saag aloo (with home grown spinch), green lentil dahl and rice. it was yummy:)
Our week is hopefully going like this:-
Sun - steak, ale, mushroom & stilton pie with added chicken breasts for those that don't eat red meat
Mon - BBQ (burgers, chipolatas, chicken in lime & corriander kebabs, steak in tomato & piri piri kebabs, with various salads.
Tues - Polpettine in tomato sauce & linguine
Wed - Mozarella chicken with madeira & mushroom sauce
Thur - hm ready meals from freezer
Fri - we have visitors - prawn stir-fry for starters, shichimi duck breasts & noodles (from Wagamama's cookbook) for main and baked peaches for desert
Sat - Thai chicken curry
Sun - Roast - probably Chicken & Gammon with butternut ratatouille
Well, we'll see if I keep to it;)

Haven't posted on this thread for a while so decided to join back in.
This week we're having;
Monday - Chick pea curry and naan bread
Tuesday - Meatballs and spaghetti
Wednesday - Garlic chicken and boiled potatoes
Thursday - Tomato pasta and garlic bread
Friday - Chilli con carne and tortilla chips
Saturday - Soup (made with anything I can find!) and nibbles from the freezer.
Sunday - Pork roast dinner.
Lunches will be various salads, soups and sandwiches (just using up what I have in the house).
Breakfasts will be cereal or HM lemon muffins.

Wed:Beef pie & jackets
Thurs:Whoopsie chicken from m&s roast pots,sweetcorn
Fri:Egg & chips (trying to keep meat free for lent)
Sat:Pork chops turned into something chinese with noodles
Sun:Roast beef,yokies,roasties,brocolli

Breakfasts are toast, bran flakes with sultanas, yoghurts and eggs.
Lunches are leftovers, cheese sandwiches, soup from the freezer.
Dinners are:
Monday Sloppy Joes on bread buns with popcorn for movie snacks
Tuesday Chicken Rissotto
Wednesday Pasta with tuna and tomato sauce
Thursday Pork and courgette curry (from the freezer) with cardamon rice
Friday Meatballs in tomato sauce (from the freezer) with spaghetti
Saturday Fishfingers, potato waffles and baked beans
Sunday Spring chicken (from Nigella's Kitchen book) with new potatoes.
This has been about £30 at the supermarket to cover this and some booze.0 -

Tuesday -- Pasta with a tomato, pepper & bacon sauce
Wednesday -- Ham in cola with new potatoes & peas
Thursday -- Ham & chips

Saturday -- Chicken curry.
Breakfasts -- Cereals & toast
Lunches -- Wraps, sandwiches or salads.

Monday: Lentil bake (left overs) with rice and swede
Tues: Quorn stir-fry or something...(Meant to be in hotel for work but cancelled so need to do extra food shop, grrr)
Wed: Mushroom omelette and chips (HM)
Thur: Pasta & pesto (oops, jar)
Fri: Bean burgers (HM) and rice or potatoes
Sat: Out
