Hello, everyone. :) Here's my mealplan for the week:

Saturday - Chilli con carne with sauteed potatoes
Sunday - Not sure, might get the BBQ out...
    Monday - Fajitas
    Tuesday - Frittata
Wednesday - Not sure... possible stir fry
Thursday - Toad in the Hole (as we didn't have it this week)
    Friday - Spaghetti Bolognese

I'll do some baking this weekend - possibly some of Nigella's breakfast bars so we've got something relatively healthy to eat. :)

Evening campers, here's what's on the menu at Starjumper Towers...

    Sat - Home made pizza
Sun - Quorn chilli and rice (found an old packet mix for chilli in the cupboard during a clear out so will use that, usually make from scratch though these days)
Mon - Bean stew enchilladas and salad
Tues - Butternut curry and rice
Weds - Pasta with pesto and cherry tomatoes (lazy tea)
Thurs - H/M Falafels, pitta bread and salad
Fri - Veggie toad in the hole with mash, veg and gravy.

I can't bake but I do make lovely scones so I might knock up a batch if the urge takes me.
