Hello all. Its nearly the end of my time in the UK, and I need to make the pennies stretch over the move so mostly eating from cupboards this week:
Tonight - Friend over for dinner, will make aubergine pasta sauce and will buy french stick and make some salad
Friday - HM pizza, dough in freezer
Saturday - Out for my own leaving do!:eek:
Sunday- butternut squash soup
Monday - jacket spuds with chili from freezer
Tuesday - out for freinds birthday
Wednesday - leftover soup
Lunches are leftovers, including half a frittata from this week that we havent gotten through yet.

This week we are having
Chicken (done in the SC with lemons, garlic and herbs) and potatos and veg.
Chicken, mushroom and rice one pot
Pork Yuk Sung (this is a new recipe for us)
Sausage and bean cassoulet (sc)
Spaghetti Bolognaise
Cashew Curry (another new recipe)
Baked potatoes, beans and cheese.
Lunches will be pack ups for the brood. DH will have leftovers or soup. I will have sandwiches or soup.
Cereal for breakfast.

Puddings (if any): baked apple (the last from store), lemon drizzle cake, apple pie (or maybe rhubarb if there's enough), fruit

Wed: beef casserole, braised carrots & celery, baked potato
Thu: salmon & broccoli quiche, salad

Breakfasts: B+B with raisins and nuts, or cereal with oat milk, or oats with dates, or can also make pancakes if requested. Cup of oat milk for girls, coffee for us.
Lunches: Hummus or roasted veg + sun-dried tomato sandwiches/salads for me, or hm scones. With pepper or carrot sticks. A piece of fruit i.e. apple, pear, banana or kiwi. Soy yoghurt. Fruit juice.
Sunday Dinner: Nut cutlets, veg, potatoes + gravy
Teas: Baked beans on toast, or tinned spaghetti + avocado with toast
Dahl + rice with veggies
Pasta with "cheese" or tomato sauce with veggies, or pasta with chick peas, spinach, raisins and olive oil
Veggie fingers with hm chips + veg - possibly with gravy
Couscous with mixed bean salad
Afters can be fruit + nuts or custard with berries or hm cake/biscuit if any
Girls supper: cereal/oats or B+B or biscuit dependant on rest of days food, all with cup of oat milk
Dinners:
Roast aubergine or pepper with hummus + rice with raisins (probs two nights)
Pasta with tomato sauce plus veggies
Dahl or veggie curry with rice (probs 2 nights)
Chick pea tomatey spinachy stew with cumin and garlic on rice or couscous
Snacks can be fruit, nuts, B+B, or the odd biscuit if any in: water, tea, coffee.Love and compassion to all x0 -

Here's my mealplan for the week:
Saturday - Chilli con carne with sauteed potatoes
Sunday - Not sure, might get the BBQ out...
Monday - Fajitas
Tuesday - Frittata
Wednesday - Not sure... possible stir fry
Thursday - Toad in the Hole (as we didn't have it this week)
Friday - Spaghetti Bolognese
I'll do some baking this weekend - possibly some of Nigella's breakfast bars so we've got something relatively healthy to eat.

I've just got my copy of the Takeaway Secret :j, so I've got a couple of meals from there this week:
Friday - breaded fish sandwich, chips and salad
Saturday - stuffed crust pepperoni and pepper pizza (my absolute favouritest takeaway, so I hope the HM version works out!)
Sunday to Thursday:
chicken and vegetable noodle stirfry
veg chilli burritos
quesadillas and salad
leeks and ham in cheese sauce with crusty bread
pork in honey-mustard sauce with pastaBack after a very long break!0 -
Evening campers, here's what's on the menu at Starjumper Towers...
Sat - Home made pizza
Sun - Quorn chilli and rice (found an old packet mix for chilli in the cupboard during a clear out so will use that, usually make from scratch though these days)
Mon - Bean stew enchilladas and salad
Tues - Butternut curry and rice
Weds - Pasta with pesto and cherry tomatoes (lazy tea)
Thurs - H/M Falafels, pitta bread and salad
Fri - Veggie toad in the hole with mash, veg and gravy.
I can't bake but I do make lovely scones so I might knock up a batch if the urge takes me.:staradmin0 -

My week runs tuesday to tuesday as this is the cheapest day to get my shopping delivered lol so here goes.
tuesday - pizza and chips
wednesday - hm kebabs, salad and chips
thursday - ham, egg, chips and peas
friday - beef paprikash and rice
saturday - fishcakes, chips and peas
sunday - scrambled eggs on toast
Monday - oven baked risotto, poached egg and rocket
tuesday - burgers, wedges and salad
