Best place to change leftover foreign currency

Hiya, I've got approx £50 of Hong Kong Dollars and maybe £80 of Thai Baht in notes left over from a holiday.

I'm now off to Portugal next week so could do with some more Euros and so am wondering where is the best place to change my existing foreign currency into Euros?

You are going to lose 10%/12% or more on the small amount you have,recently i had a large amount of Mexican Pesos from a holiday a couple of years ago and when i changed them i actually made 10% given the increase in the rates over the period of time.I would try Tesco who i think are a part of or connected to Travelex recently they have been competative

If you change money from one foreign currency to another in this country you should expect to be stung twice on commission charges and buy-sell spreads. So usually I would suggest taking the foreign currency to Portugal and changing it there. However I am not sure how easy it is to change Thai Bhat in the UK, never mind Portugal.
