Is it possible to 'over' exaggerate?
If I've told Bendix once, I must have told him a million times not to exaggerate.0 -
Well, my dear old Britain, as much as I love you I just don't think I can stick around and watch you turn into a welfare dependant, high tax, yobbish backwater anymore. I'm heading back to the wonderful shores of Asia . .
You've been watching Jamie's Dream School haven't you - it makes me want to jump on the next flight out as well.
All the best by the way0 -

Bendix seems like a knowledgeable fellow. I have a question he may be able to help me with:
I am short of cash right now and have £1273.22 saved in a pension - can I cash it in?0 -
Make sure you pack enough ping pong balls for your regular sojourns to Thailand.
Set your goals high, and don't stop till you get there.

Well, not all of your taxes go on feral lowlifes. A lot goes on maintaining this country as a modern European democracy where anyone can go to school, get treatment for cancer, start a business, become a politician etc.
Isn't it fair to say that Hong Kong is an attractive place to work now because of its British influenced past- high English language skills, good education etc. I'm sure you wouldn't be so enthusiastic about going to work in rural SE Asia, or are planning on swapping your British/EU passport for a Chinese one. They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -

Sibley can kiss my a**e. Real expats don't mix with white trash expats like him ;-)
Whats a real expat?
Oh I get it. Instead of enjoying yourself being with sexy girls, staying in nice hotels and having a great circle of friends it's better to walk around thinking you are really clever and try to make a life with a Thai family who secretly hate you and will fleece you of all everything you own.
Good luck with your job anyway. We love Sarah O Grady0
