Claim Advice

Well they definetly keep you waiting!! Waited about a month with a few phone calls I found out they will uphold the claim and will have a letter out in about 1-2 weeks.. I think that's about 4 weeks ago.. I finally receive a letter saying the same thing that they will uphold the claim but they are currently working out a settlement proposal and will reply within the next 4 weeks!!! So I'm guessing it'll be at least another 6 weeks before I hear from them again
and no doubt it'll just be another letter saying "please wait another 4 weeks"
Just have to be patient.:T0 -
Finally received a letter from HSBC today with an offer and acceptance form.
I'm absolutely gobsmacked, thought I'd be getting a few hundred but the settlement figure is £2559.60 !!!!!
Happy days!
Thanks for all advice, I'd definetly reccomend anyone to try this if they even remotely think that they have a ground for claims. All I did is send one letter then wait a long time!
