First bill with EDF price increase

Hi all,
Just got my first EDF bill and from 2nd March it shows a new kwh price as per the letter they sent me before. I'm sure the increase was in single digits but the figures dont stack up to me.
Before 2nd March kwh price was 2.891p, after is 3.353p .. I make that nearly a 16% increase, or is my maths shoddy?
Also I signed up for the Online Saver tariff back in december with the £100 bonus, of which I have my £25 gas bonus on the bill which is nice to see. My tariff however shows as Dual Fuel Gas Tariff Direct Debit - that right? Or should it show Online Saver somewhere?!??!
Thanks!

If you are on OS7 tariff then there shouldn't be any price rise. You need to call them and query it as they have obviously put you on the wrong tariff. They do this with almost everyone so you are not alone.0

Queried it and apparently it can take up to 90 days to put me onto OLE7 so it only just happened on 24th March. No backbill, you get shafted on the standard until the change happens. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about.
Cheers,

Yes it was Backfoot who did a lot of work to get them to promise that we would be charged the correct tariff from the off. If the operator you spoke to didn't know this then they obviously need reminding. Others have had to call more than once but have always got it in the end.0

Thanks both of you, I'll be onto them again asap - large bill, so large difference I'd imagine!
