er, she must know that software needs updating
& if she actually went on the Sage website from time to time, she'd have known when she needed to update.
(if its set up as a proper business, the cost of the new version of sage can be expensed or depreciated, same with a computer)
2 choices:
get everything updated, new version of sage, get the data imported, keep up to date etc
or
get someone else to do the accounts0 -
