Carphone Warehouse Free Xbox Kinect?

I just ordered online a new contract phone, £12.26 a month, 24 month contract with Talk Mobile, 100 mins and 500 texts and a free Nokia 1800 phone, I was attracted to this deal as I got to it through the 'Phones with Free Gifts' section of the pay monthly shop on the carphone warehouse website.

I ordered everything smoothly, I received an email confirming they had got my request for the order and will be dispatched when the order is approved. The email also contained an order summary identical to the one at the checkout on the site, the phone was there as was the contract details and direct debit details, but I noticed that underneath the mobile phone in the product coloumn instead of saying 'Xbox Kinect' along with an image as it did on the website it said 'NOT FOUND' then again in the product description bit it said 'NOT FOUND' then in the cost coloumn it said 'FREE'.

I am completely worried and confused now, I went back on the site and searched for answers but couldnt find anything, I went back to the gift page and went through the process again (only as far as the shopping basket) and with other free gifts everything looked normal but now with the Xbox Kinect selected it was showing up fine until it got to the shopping basket where it said 'NOT FOUND' as it did in the email. I dont want the phone or contract unless i get ALL the items I was promised on the site.

Could this just be a technical mistake or is it possible the kinect has mysteriously vanshied and I will never receive it? I tried ringing their call centre but of course it was closed.

Any help would be great.

Thankyou

The Kinect is less than £100 new, why would you want to commit to a deal that is going to cost you 3 times as much by the time the 24 months is up?

because I need a new phone and also want a kinect, tariff is cheap enough bearing in mind i'd be paying for the phone, line rental and the kinect, not just the kinect. I didnt ask for people to share opinions on my reasoning for doing so anyway.

I wasn't sharing or offering an opinion, I was simply wondering why you would would want to spend more money on the so called deal you were offered when you can get a better deal elsewhere.

However if you want to pay over the odds for 100 minutes and a handset that isn't worth 2 bob just to get a Kinect then fill ya boots.

I would cancel your order mate. If this is the phone that you really want - buy it on PAYG from these guys...and buy yourself an Xbox Kinect seperately.

I really don't think I'd want to be tied to a 24m contract with that 'phone' - regardless of how cheap it is....just a personal preference though...

    Bad advice.
Buy it for the same price from e2save/osps with £7.50 cashback from quidco/TCB

100min+100texts are £5.11p.m. at CPW on 1-month contract
    Kinect is £100

    (£12.26-£5.11)*24=£171.6

    171.6/100=171.6%

Ignoring missing 200 texts, this 'credit' costs about 30% AER I guess (can't be arsed to calculate the exact figure).

was the first link that came up on search - haven't researched this phone's availability anwhere - was trying to emphasise the point that this phone is being sold for peanuts on PAYG - so really not worth it on a pay monthly contract.
I'd still say cancel the order....
