Subscribing to a new ISA

Options
I have yet to invest £3000 for this year's ISA. I recently applied to Bradford and Bingley but as they lost my deposit cheque I refused to send another one out of principle.

Just want to make sure that I am okay to apply to another provider as I didn't actually deposit any cash?

Don't want to break the tax rules !

Thanks

If they ever find your cheque and open an ISA for you, you will just have to cancel the one you don't want. The Revenue are very relaxed about "accidental" openings.
