Floodline (Scottish Environment Protection Agency flood warning service) is running some roadshows in shopping centres over the next few weeks and has a cool smartphone to win at each venue - you just need to visit and register, no fees and a really decent chance of winning.
Some details on their website (floodlinescotland.org.uk) but here's where they are between 10 and 5pm:
