I'm looking for a new phone as mine's on the blink. I've never had one on contract. This deal came through today, £11.32 a month for 24 months 100 mins, 500 texts and 1 gig web. I can get this for £1 less with 50 mins and 250 texts. I reckon I'd spend around £180 in top ups over 24 months. I'm not a heavy user, mainly texts but would use the internet.
Just a couple of questions;
What's the reception like on Virgin?
How do I pick up the net? Does it work anywhere or just hot spots?
Thanks, I'm toying with the idea.

I think Virgin = T-mobile, i.e. coverage is the same: http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/services/coverage/street-check/
Hot spots = WiFi connection. It is faster than mobile internet , can be free (definitely free at your home if you have it) and doesn't require mobile internet connection.0
