Ryanair.... booked on someone else card?

Can someone book flights using their card but under my name? Is this possible?

I wanna beat the £12 admin fee if I can by using a friends card...

Pretty sure you can input different passenger name to that of card holder so don't see a problem. Let me know if turns out otherwise.

You might want to take out one of the pre-paid Mastercard cards which Ryanair don't charge a fee on. I've got a Fairfx Anywhere one - it charges 2% (if I rember right) on purchases. I think it might also cost something (£9?) for the card but I got one when there was an offer on offer on for £0. They have also upped the minimum ypu can put on the card to £50 now but I find it's still worthwhile having it for Ryanair purchases. I've also used it abroad outside EU as it was cheaper to use than my Nationwide Flex card (which used to be the cheapest). I was very pleased with the exchange rate I got. There have been a few threads on here doiscussing the pros & cons of the different pre-paid cards.

I booked my ryanair flights through travelrepublic.co.uk the flights were £125 but I only paid about £1.50 card fee with the rather than the £24 ryanair would have charged me

Yes, I just saw this thread about Travel Republic on HUKD and came back to post it. Might be useful for your next purchase.
