First Direct & Co-op Bank always get 80% or over in the custormer satisfaction polls! They must be doing a lot that their customers like. Call centers are in the UK. You should be happy with either.0

You don't need to pay in £1500 so long as you hold a 'selected product'. I certainly won't be paying that much a month in but have managed to get 4 selected products (e-savings * 2, 1 * savings account & a credit card).natwest is 1st class with English staff who can speak the lingo, with no minimum £1500 ransom per month to get it. cough 1st direct.

Always happy to keep British tax payers in a job

So we're looking for a well-funded group of witches based out of Turkey. Getting that far was easy, but I can't narrow it down to any locations within Turkey... where would witches hang out if they were moonlighting as call centre employees? :grouphug:

First Direct - voted best for customer services - based in Leeds and somewhere in Scotland. Always been fantastic and when you dial the telephone banking number in about 3 rings you get straight through to a person not 'Press 1 for this' etc. You can get around their 'minimum balance' or 'monthly fee' by opening their credit card (dont have to use it) or by opening a savings account (ie: esaver) and wacking £1 in there

Is this 'story' getting much publicity?0 -
I wouldn't say it was particularly 'new' -- I saw a programme about this maybe as long as a couple of years ago (possibly Panorama or something like that), so I'm not sure how SOCA or CIFAS can call it 'an absolute bombshell'.~cottager0
