help pls. Hotmail has been hacked

Hi, something has got into my hotmail address book and is sending out addies and attachments. Need some advice as to how to stop this. If I just change password will this be any use. I have macafee running and trusteer. Many thanks

Thanks very much for all your help. Have run everything through and its found nothing! Have gone to another computer and reset password. On the plus side a few lost contacts have been prompted to get back in touch Is there anyway to rig the first name in the address book so it goes back to start as it were, rather than steadily working its way through. I've had a few friends this has happened to as well. Thanks again.
