Words jumbled or with missing letters

I have a year old PC with Win 7 . When I type anything, in Mozilla , Word, wherever, the words are jumbled or have missing letters. I'm not a whizzy fast typist and was putting this down to arthritis, but my daughter has the same problem. Eg manic can come out as man, mcnia. Virus scans / malware scans come up clear. I…

What is the model of the keyboard and what system are you using (32bit or 64bit)- i have found that newer versions of the logitech software have a glitches when running in windows 7, i used logitech keyboards for many years and use the older version of setpoint - i use version 4.80 64 bit version (on a 64bit system)and it works just fine
