Warning to previous Tiscali customers

I was a former Tiscali (now talk talk) customer and left to join Sky approx 2 years ago.

Just checked this months bank balance and a Talk Talk direct debit for £30 has appeared. I have spoken to customer service and due to the migration of the closed accounts to the new talk talk system, some direct debits have been reactivated. They have assured me I will get a check in the post.

Supposedly this has effected a number of former customers, so my advice is to check your bank statement!

Also, after such a long time its slightly worrying they still have my bank details on their system and can reactivate with out a new direct debit mandate.
