Grr chopped tomatoes, luxury!
I've only just managed to educate my husband to check the can and reject those tins with the word chopped.:A
("When I was a girl we had to go down the tomato mines before we got up and chop them with us own teeth." "What! Teeth? Only the posh had teeth where we lived, we had to use us finger nails, and they were rusty").:rotfl: :rotfl:
Ahem, I digress. Does anyone remember that "Luxury!" sketch?
The unchopped ones are 3p a tin cheaper and break up in the pan with a little help from the wooden spoon as you stir.:rolleyes:CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420 -
I just wanted to say well done for confronting your problems. I am sorry that someone was offensive to you. We are all here for the same problem no matter how we got here in the first place. I would not post for ages as I felt very embarrassed that my OH and are are big wage earners but have still managed to get in serious debt.
You are getting great advice here. Paige X0
