Value Pasta 9p
Comments

as we eat loads of pasta i ordered 20 bags on my sainsburys order
they substituted it with sainburys penne 500g for 81p bags
so i got £16.20 of pasta for £1.80:D0 -
i didn't buy any, but it was still 9p in morrisons last night.
The Morrisons pasta spirals are made from 100% durum wheat too. This, supposedly, results in better pasta than that made with a durum plus soft wheat mix like Tesco Value pasta.
I personally can't really tell the difference, but since most premium pasta is made from 100% durum wheat, that would be my choice...0 -
i never knew that, thankyou.
i only buy the morrisons value pasta as for some reason i only really like the twists . well i do like the others, but penne or tubes as the kids call it just seem weird to me,lol. hubby loves shells so the sauce fills them up . it weird how pasta is pasta but the shape makes so much difference. well i think it does.0 -
Stocked up on 9p pasta and noticed that the Asda Special Price spaghetti has also gone down in price to 20p so a few of those as well!
Pasta is DSs' fave meal what ever i cook it with.:)0 -

I added some to my order when it was 9p, when it was delivered yesterday it had gone up to 18p, can't help wondering if they are supposed to charge the price you agreed to. Luckily I only ordered a couple.
Also noticed the value butter has gone up 15p since I last ordered it.0 -
when ordering out of tesco's check all value stuff the 6 mini rolls (choc/jam) (cakes) have went up from 35p to 45p.
i think they have bumped up a few prices on there value stuff.0 -

Unfortunately it's the price you pay is the price at the time your order is picked. The way they see it is you are not buying the goods when you place your order, your just giving them a shopping list. On the delivery day someone picks up your list and "does your shopping for you".0 -
Yep, I paid 18p for mine in Tescos yesterday!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A
