I've got loads of these stocked away in my loft now - every little helps when my maternity money is going to stop soon!

If all the supermarkets are doing it then it's funny, it reminds me of when I was a student and everywhere was trying to sell the cheapest beans, 1p a tin in Safeway!0 -
You can do a lot more with pasta than you can with beans, I thought I got a bit carried away adding 10 to my Tesco delivery.

i picked 10 up when i was in tesco the other day so i'm just as bad
personally i'd get sick of beans alot quicker but wow at 1p beans

i don't remember the price but i can remember going food shopping with my mum when the beans were silly priced and one man filled an entire trolley with baked beans and that was all he bought, prob only cost about a £1:rotfl: but i did think where is he gonna put them all. i think there was a price war of something over them.0 -
