When can I open a 2011/12 ISA?

I'm going traveling for 4 months tomorrow, so I was wondering, can I use my 2011/12 ISA allowance from 12am? Or is it during bank opening hours? I have a Nationwide ISA which is online.

You should be able to do so online at 1 minute past 12.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
